The MUN XPERIENCE is about having a fun and unique experience where students are able to simulate United Nations committees. Each council is different, hence each delegate's experience would be very unique. What this means is that delegates create their own MUN experience. This is done by combination of individual pace and style of discussion by delegates.
A MUN is not always a serious debate that people find themselves dozing off! It can be fun and its solely dependent on the delegates in the council. If everyone speaks up, there are plenty of interesting things to discuss. Delegates have been known to organize council outings and remain friends years after the conference is over! (It is very true.)
A Model United Nations Conference (MUN) is a simulation of the actual United Nations Conferences. In this conference, delegates would get to discuss on the most current world issues, lobby with other delegates to come to a common consensus and vote on a resolution that delegates themselves would create. The conference aims to stretch the current affairs and general knowledge of participants and also encourage the use of diplomacy which is vital in solving problems and ensuring peace in the environment surrounding participants in their own walks of life.
